At Juve, we aim to provide you with the best experience and results, which is why we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully.

No Refunds on Services or Treatments: We have a no-refund policy on all goods, services, and medical procedures (including injectables) once purchased. This also applies to dermal treatments and other procedures.

Non-Transferable: Treatments, services, and packages are non-transferable and cannot be swapped for other services.

Reservation Fees: While reservation fees are generally non-refundable, they can be applied as a credit for future bookings.

Exchanges on Retail Items: Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on products purchased online. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
