Cancellations & Booking Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits: Deposits are nonrefundable if the cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
Rescheduling: Treatment times and deposits can be rescheduled to another date, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
